The Tga Clo apartment building is located at the bottom of the valley, right in the confluence of the Julia and Schletg rivers, with a view of the mountains, less than 100 metres from the gondola’s valley station, right next to the snow sports school in winter and the swimming lake in summer.
It takes 5–10 minutes to walk to the village centre.
Inside the building, you’ll find a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna (not included in the rent), a bowling alley, a youth game room, a children’s playroom, and a lounge with a TV and library. In the summer, there is a grill available on the rooftop terrace and another in the garden.
Each apartment comes with a parking space. Every apartment is also accessible by lift from the garage. Our underground garage has a maximum height of 1.80 m. On the second basement level, you’ll find a guest washing machine with a dryer.
