The spacious living area, featuring a comfortable sofa set, armchairs, and an electric fireplace, invites you to linger. In the open kitchen with dining area, you’ll find everything you need for cooking—perfect for cosy evenings with family or friends. Warm colours, large windows, and thoughtful details create a harmonious atmosphere. Through the large patio door, you’ll reach the sun terrace with an adjoining garden—ideal for relaxing outdoors.

**Bedrooms**
Two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and blackout pleated blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The upstairs bedroom is particularly beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a magnificent view of the lake—here you can start your day with a view.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
Upstairs, a modern bathroom awaits you with a floor-to-ceiling shower and a private sauna—your own personal wellness area for relaxing after a day in nature.

**Family-Friendly**
We’ve also thought of our younger guests: a free travel cot is available. The garden offers space to play, and the nearby playground provides additional entertainment.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly after booking through the relevant service provider.

**Services & Extras**
Two parking spaces, underfloor heating, a washing machine, a dryer, and a key safe for contactless check-in are included. Bicycles can be conveniently parked at the driveway.

**Location & Surroundings**
The holiday home is located directly on a hillside overlooking Lake Diemel. From here, you can set out on hiking or biking tours right away. The lake, boat rentals, beach, and restaurants are all within walking distance. With the SauerlandCard, you can use the bus system for free and reach numerous attractions in the area.
