This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. New ductless AC. New siding, windows, decking, and paint; refreshed grounds with brand new retaining walls and landscaping. $100,000 in recent improvements (2025 and 2026).

There is a private outdoor shower and brand new decking. You can sit on one of the two outdoor decks. You can use the private dock right on the lake and catch fish, sit at the beach, kayak, SUP, etc.

FIrepit, bocce court and horsehoes.

4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds. Most of the beds are Casper or Purple.

2 full bathrooms and a lovely outdoor shower. Stackable washer and dryer.

A separate studio apartment in the basement area for privacy.

Full, but smaller and intelligently designed kitchen. We have hosted Thanksgiving here, so everything you would need is available. Parking is available for at least 5 cars.
