Welcome to our bright one-room apartment with a balcony, located in a quiet residential complex in the Nordhelmsiedlung! This cosy apartment offers you the perfect retreat for your stay on Norderney.

The spacious living-bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable double fold-out bed, electric shutters, and an additional sofa area for relaxing, as well as a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to prepare your own meals.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and toilet, ensuring additional comfort during your stay.

From the kitchen window and the new balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the newly landscaped garden.

The apartment’s location is ideal: It’s just a 4-minute walk to the beach, and about 400 metres away at Norderneyer Kap, you’ll find a bakery and a supermarket, so you can easily get everything you need.

Please note the following: Currently, the apartment does not have Wi-Fi! But it’s scheduled to get it!

Eine kleine, feine Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Für 2 Personen absolut passend. In 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hat die Wohnung immer noch kein WLAN. Dafür hätte ich mir einen etwas größeren Fernseher gewünscht mit bessere Bild- und Tonqualität.

Ich bin bei meinem Aufenthalt auf Norderney überaus freundlich betreut worden. Die Wohnung wurde persönlich übergeben. Während des Aufenthalts wurde höflich und unaufdringlich über WhatsApp nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Angaben der Ausschreibung. Die Wohnung war tadellos sauber. Hätte etwas gefehlt, wäre mir bestimmt geholfen worden. Ich kann die Vermietagentur Visser & Döring uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
