Welcome to the charming, newly renovated Villa Sand, perfect for family getaways and gatherings with friends. This spacious house in Habichtswald Nature Park accommodates 10 adults and 3 small children, with 5 bedrooms across 3 floors, 1 bathroom with tub and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna, guest WC, open-plan living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The open attic bedroom with 3 beds is accessed via a narrow staircase.



One pet is welcome for an extra fee. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, children’s books, and toys. Baby cot and high chair are available for the little ones. The covered terrace and garden invite you to relax in the evenings.



Each guest receives free access to a fitness studio just 150 m away.



Our house is ideal for workations thanks to reliable high-speed internet. The peaceful setting supports focused work without distractions, combining productivity and relaxation to boost creativity and team spirit.



Minimum stay is 2–3 days depending on the season.



Supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a bus stop are within walking distance. Kassel, Edersee, and Twistesee are about 30 minutes away.



Five parking spaces are available. Smoking and large events are not permitted. Sauna, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included. Essentials also include hairdryer, coffee, charcoal, sauna infusions, kitchen utensils, toilet paper, TV, and more.



Self check-in, photovoltaic power, water- and energy-saving features, and waste separation aids are provided.
