Welcome to charming Villa Sand, perfect for family holidays and gatherings with friends. This spacious house in the Habichtswald Nature Park accommodates 10 adults and 3 small children, offering 5 bedrooms over 3 floors, 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna, guest WC, open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The attic bedroom with 3 beds is accessible via a narrow staircase.
One pet is welcome for an extra fee. Minimum stay is 2 to 4 days, depending on the season. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, children’s books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are available for the little ones. The covered terrace and garden invite you to relax in the evenings.
Supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a bus stop are within walking distance. Kassel, Edersee, and Twistesee can be reached in about 30 minutes.
Parking (5 spaces) is available directly at the house and for free on the street. Smoking and large events are not allowed. With its Victorian flair and fresh renovation, Villa Sand is ideal for family get-togethers. The sauna is included.
The accommodation offers self check-in, photovoltaic electricity, energy- and water-saving features, and recycling aids.
