Spanning approximately 380 m², this spacious house features comfortable rooms and a light-filled gallery of about 100 m² that serves as the central common area.

Here, you can eat together, play games, play pool, or simply relax and spend time together. The adjacent terrace, surrounded by greenery, is perfect for barbecues and relaxing.

At the same time, everyone has their own private retreat: each of the 12 rooms features a private bathroom.
