The Solling-style holiday home offers a variety of amenities, including a modern infrared sauna for relaxing after an active day. For those who want to explore the region on two wheels, bicycles are available for rent, and after a bike ride, you can treat yourself to a meal in the garden, which features a grill.
For our youngest guests, a cot and high chair are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The central location makes it easy to explore the charming old town of Dassel while also enjoying the town’s amenities.

Solling-style holiday home, 2 bedrooms:

The holiday home spans 90 square metres across two levels. On the ground floor is the cosy living area with a spacious, fully equipped, open-concept kitchen. The bar stools invite you to enjoy an aperitif and offer plenty of space for a hearty breakfast and light meals. The patio/outdoor area features a grill and seating. Via the industrial-style ash wood staircase integrated into the living area, our guests can easily reach the upper floor, which has no sloped ceilings; a walk-in sleeping loft is a highlight for younger guests. Of course, this room can accommodate additional adults overnight or serve as a quiet work and reading room with plenty of natural light. All living and sleeping areas are equipped with modern flat-screen TVs. The walk-in shower and infrared sauna evoke a sense of wellness. The towel warmer ensures cosy, pre-warmed bath towels, and on cold days, the electric floor heating creates a wonderful sense of comfort.



On-site costs: Payment is due upon invoicing. A deposit of 20% of the total price will be charged. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over on site. Pets are allowed upon request for a one-time fee of 50€. A cot/extra bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Breakfast is available upon request for an additional charge of €12.50 per person. A linen package for two people is included; additional packages cost €25.00 per person per week. Included in the base price: utilities, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, linens for two people, and use of the infrared sauna.
