Any gathering of more than 20+ people requires approval from the owner and a special permit from the township. It is the guest's responsibility to obtain any such permit and present it to the owner prior to the booking.

Local stores like Walgreens and Stop & Shop are less than 10 minutes away by car. If you are flying and need linens and blankets, please let us know in advance and we can make an arrangement for your convenience.
