Nestled among fields, meadows, and forests, and not far from Lake Scharmützel, the Mühlen-Oase blossoms.
An old mill, renovated with an eye for detail and to the highest standards, surrounded by a diverse fruit orchard.

Spanning three floors, the Mühlen-Oase offers plenty of space for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The large, usable property that comes with it invites you to simply enjoy the location and atmosphere.

A spacious kitchen with a dining area and terrace is located on the first level. Cosy yet stylishly furnished, the second floor features a living area with a small library and a TV nook. A very spacious separate bedroom is also located on this level.
(Almost) at the very top—on the third floor—is another bedroom with a phenomenal view. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is accessible from this level, as is the entrance to the rooftop terrace.

The rooftop terrace offers a 360-degree panoramic view and invites you to gaze at the starry sky while soaking in the hot tub. A cosy lounge area provides comfort and space to enjoy this spot.
