Leider war diese Unterkunft sehr ab gewohnt und alt. Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich hier anfangen soll. In der Küche ist alles sehr schmuddelig zb. der Griff der Pfanne voll fettig, beim Mülleimer fehlt der Tritt unten usw. Wohnzimmer, Stühle am Esstisch total durchgesessen, Schlafzimmer Betten sind okay, Nachttische Schubladen bekommt man kaum auf, Gardinenstange blättert schon die Farbe ab. Badezimmer, auch alles sehr alt und auch teilweise Schimmel. Sehr schön war der Balkon! Alles in allem müsste hier mal etwas getan werden.

Die Unterkunft an sich war ganz ok. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche sowie im Bad ist das Platzangebot beengt. Die Warmwasserversorgung erfolgt über einen Boiler, dieser funktioniert leider nicht richtig. In der Küche gab es hier lediglich lauwarmes Wasser.Im Bad ist ebenfalls ein Boiler vorhanden. Hier ist es sehr schwierig das Wasser so einzustellen, dass man vernünftig Duschen kann. Entweder ist das Wasser kalt oder sehr heiß! Duschkopf defekt.

Einrichtung Haussubstanz schon etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Lage des Hauses ist nahe am See und daher deutlich außerhalb des Ortes. Yachtclub mit Cafe ist direkt nebenan, Passagieranleger 20 Gehminuten entfernt.Balkon ist toll sehr ruhig gelegen, mit Wiese und hohen Bäumen.Einrichtung Haussubstanz ist aber leider schon etwas sehr (!) in die Jahre gekommen. Warmwasserdusche nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar, Holzfussboden.
