Enjoy refreshing baths under the Mallorca sun in its private 9m x 6m pool, surrounded by 8 comfortable sun loungers where you can tan under the Mallorca sun. The house has several terraces where you can relax reading, enjoy sunsets or simply enjoy the calm and tranquility created by the environment. For barbecue lovers, large grill with outdoor kitchen located on the large terrace with a table for 8 people, where you can enjoy culinary moments outdoors.



Live the Mallorcan essence in this rustic farmhouse, where tradition and comfort are combined. Its high ceilings with wooden beams and thick walls ensure a pleasant temperature all year round. Among its spaces, a central dining room, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen stand out. The house has four bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, and three full bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bathtub. The ground floor room has a ceiling fan for greater comfort. The main bedroom has a small living room and a balcony with infinite views of nature. To ensure your comfortable rest, 3 of the bedrooms have air conditioning and one of them has a fan.



Ideal location in a quiet place and just a few minutes from the town of Buger where you can enjoy bars, pastry shops... local establishments of Mallorca. Additionally, the estate is located just 10 minutes by car from Alcudia beach, known for its white sand and crystal-clear waters. It is an ideal starting point for hiking routes, cycling routes, and to discover all the charm of the island.

Quiet location, great communication with the host, really great house for kids

If you have a car you can drive around, visit incredible beaches like Playa del Muro, enjoy great restaurants in Alcudia. My 3 kids had a wonderful time in the pool and the wonderful garden!

We had a delightful stay at this villa in Búger

The space is generous for a group of 8 and well laid out, with everything needed for a comfortable, low-key holiday. The garden and pool area are especially relaxing, private, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It’s tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still within easy reach of nearby towns and places worth exploring. The host was helpful and responsive, which made everything smooth. A great spot if you're looking for a calm base to explore Mallorca without the usual tourist noise.

Cas Mut is an incredible place to disconnect and enjoy the best of Mallorca

The combination of tradition and comfort is simply perfect. We loved waking up to views of the countryside, preparing breakfast in the outdoor kitchen, and relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers by the pool. The upstairs terrace was a highlight – it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a lovely breakfast while taking in the stunning views. The location is ideal, with the charming village just minutes away and spectacular beaches a short drive from the house. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities, such as heating and air conditioning, made our stay flawless. We highly recommend this place 100%!

A traditional finca as described and pictured in the listing (but even better in reality). We loved the rooms and spaces in the house which were all clean and tidy. Bedrooms all comfy enough for us. We didn’t really need the air con in June and slept fine. The amazing private pool area is the standout feature which sits in the gardens surrounding the house that encourage lots of refuge for birds and wildlife which we found peaceful. In the evenings we used the outdoor kitchen space to cook our dinners and sit together in the warm evenings. Sometimes before bedtime we even took to the small roof terrace as the stars came out which look very clear and bright! 💫 You can walk into Búger centre easily enough to get a coffee, pastry, beera small groceries. But we’d advise to hire a car which will give you many more options to explore the wonderful island! Cheers!

Très bon séjour à la fermette Cas Mut où rien ne manque, il est confortable d'avoir les produits de base et de nettoyage en cuisine et dans les salles de bains ainsi que le linge de maison.Très calme.Bon emplacement proche de la MA13 pour visiter l'île.Merci à la propriétaire.

Dies war die beste Unterkunft, in der wir seit Langem gewesen sind

Cas Mut hat einfach alles: einen fantastischen Pool, eine wunderschöne Terrasse für Mahlzeiten im Freien und eine gemütliche, authentische Atmosphäre. Jeder Winkel des Hauses ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, und die Schlafzimmer sind sehr komfortabel und geräumig. Die Klimaanlagen im Obergeschoss funktionieren perfekt und im Erdgeschoss war es angenehm temperiert dank der dicken Wände, die keine Hitze hereinlassen. Wir haben es auch sehr genossen, das charmante Dorf Búger zu erkunden und eine authentische mallorquinische Erfahrung zu machen. Dank Cas Mut waren unsere Ferien einfach perfekt. Mehr hätten wir uns nicht wünschen können!

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos transportados al corazón de Mallorca. La casa es incluso más bonita que en las fotos, con detalles rústicos que le dan tanto carácter. La piscina fue el lugar favorito de toda la familia, perfecta para los días de calor, y las cenas en la terraza bajo las estrellas fueron inolvidables. La tranquilidad del entorno y la cercanía al encantador pueblo de Búger hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, ¡volveremos!
