Enjoy your holiday in our 85-square-meter holiday rental in Bad Driburg. The apartment accommodates 1–3 people. The cosy living room, featuring a flat-screen TV, an additional dining area, and a view of the garden, ensures your comfort.
The south-facing balcony, complete with a seating area and lounge chairs, invites you to linger and relax. 
The modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven, coffee maker, coffee pod machine, microwave, egg cooker, electric kettle, and toaster, leaves nothing to be desired.
The holiday rental also features a shower/toilet, a guest bathroom, a double bedroom with access to the balcony, a single bedroom, satellite TV in the living room and bedroom, and free Wi-Fi.



Our house is in a quiet and central location. The Caspar-Heinrich Clinic, the Knappschaft Clinic, the Driburg Therme, the Gräflicher Park, the golf course, and the indoor tennis courts are all in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot. Our holiday apartment and guest rooms are an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides.
Parking is available right on the street in front of our house.
We charge a surcharge for short stays.



On-site costs: A 50% advance payment may be charged after booking. Cancellation Policy:- Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival: free of charge- Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the total price- Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the total price- After that, or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price Payment is due on-site in cash or via advance bank transfer. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time by phone or email. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Please contact us by phone before your arrival. The base rate includes bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable garage. Charging stations for e-bikes are available there. Pets are not allowed. A visitor’s tax of €3.10 per person per night will be charged on-site. A first-aid kit is available.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
