The holiday home Charmingly Renovated Stone House is located in Cesara, in the hamlet of Egro, a small village nestled in the woods, and offers a splendid view of the mountains. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, one bedroom and two bathrooms, and is suitable for up to 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, a TV, two fans and a washing machine. The accommodation does not have air conditioning. The holiday home offers a private outdoor area with a garden and terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a parasol. An on-site welcome booklet provides useful information about restaurants, supermarkets, tourist attractions and excursions in the area. There is one parking space on the property and free street parking. Due to stairs with glass railings and a raised, unfenced garden, the property is not suitable for children. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking, parties or events are not permitted. You are required to respect quiet hours during your stay (no noise from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and after 10:00 p.m.). Breakfast products, a bottle of wine, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, herbal teas and cleaning products are provided.
