Tasteful holiday flat with terrace and unique view of the bay of Sestri Levante. The living area, which leads into the open-plan kitchen, has a sofa bed for a third person. The bathroom has been newly renovated. The bedroom also has a view of the sea and invites you to have breakfast in bed. The flat can only be reached via 186 steps. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. However, once you reach the top, you will be more than rewarded by the fantastic view. There is a garden with a terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The beach and the centre of Sestri Levante are about a 15-minute walk away. All the main sights and places of interest can be reached nearby by train or boat. The best way to travel is by train.

We had a wonderful 10 days in this apartment. The view is breathtaking and the apartment was perfect for us. And we had a daily workout for free with the stairs

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Sestri Levante war traumhaft, und der Garten war wunderschön angelegt. Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und das Badezimmer war ein echtes Highlight – modern, hochwertig und mit besonderem Design. Im Ort gab es außerdem die beste Focaccia, die wir je gegessen haben. Der Aufstieg zum Apartment ist steil, aber der Ausblick lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Die Kommunikation verlief sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen. Der Ausblick aus der Küche oder aus dem Schlafzimmer ist traumhaft, genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das Badezimmer ist, mit der Felswand, mal wirklich etwas besonderes. Der Außenbereich ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt. Wir haben Abends sehr lange dort gesessen. Man ist in ca 10 Minuten am Strand und in 15 Minuten der Stadt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch toll, aber man sollte definitiv wissen, was auf einen zukommt. Die 180 Stufen zur Wohnung haben es in sich. Für fitte Menschen kein Problem für alle anderen sicher anstrengend. Wir haben bei Ankunft erfahren, das der geplante Parkplatz, an die Mieter der anderen Wohnungen vergeben wurde. Daher hat man uns einen Parkplatz am oberen Ende der Treppe zur Verfügung gestellt. Erreicht haben wir diesen Parkplatz über eine Schotterstraße (in Italien weiße Straße genannt). Die Fahrt über diese Schotterpiste ist abenteuerlich und sicherlich nichts für Menschen die einen tiefer gelegten Sportwagen fahren oder ein Auto das nicht staubig werden sollte. Für unser Auto war es kein Problem. Im Grunde war ich froh, das wir unser Gepäck nur 57 Stufen runter bzw. hoch tragen mussten. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Nur Menschen die sich nicht gerne bewegen würde ich dringend davon abraten.
