The villa sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering peace and shelter.



This luxurious home features quality amenities: concierge service, wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, spacious wooden terrace, garage, electric car charging station, beds made on arrival, and towels provided.



Decorated throughout by an interior designer, the house is arranged as follows:

On the ground floor:

A premium open-plan kitchen leading to the living area,

A warm living room with lounge area, sofa, armchairs, wood stove, and dining space,

1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage,

1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds (can be joined) and storage,

1 bathroom with sink, large walk-in shower, and bathtub,

Separate toilet.



Upstairs:

A TV lounge on the mezzanine above the dining area,

Outside, enjoy a south-facing landscaped garden. Sun loungers and garden furniture await you on the beautiful wooden terrace (no barbecue). The secure garage is ideal for storing water sports equipment or bikes. There’s also a shower for rinsing off after the beach.



For stays of 6 nights or more, mid-stay cleaning and towel change are included at no extra charge.
