Detached Scandinavian-style holiday home with a patio. 20-square-meter living and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes. Direct view of the swimming lake from the house. 10-square-meter bedroom with a double bed and a cot. 6-square-meter bedroom with two single beds. 4-square-meter bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Terrace and patio furniture. A well-maintained 2,400-square-meter property with a playground for small children.



A holiday with Nordic charm in the heart of the Ore Mountains. Small holiday complex with three lovingly furnished houses, each with two to four beds and a cot. A dreamlike and peaceful location with sweeping views, right next to a swimming lake just 100 metres away. Ideal for families.
You’ll stay close to nature in a well-maintained and modern Scandinavian setting. Terrace, large, well-kept lawn for sunbathing and playing all around, and plenty of free parking right by the house. In winter, there’s a sledding hill right in front of the houses. Sleighs and snow discs are available.
Right on the swimming lake, you’ll find a cosy restaurant with excellent cuisine and two bowling lanes.
A bakery is within walking distance (1.2 km away); supermarkets (REWE, EDEKA, ALDI, PENNY, NETTO) in Olbernhau, 8 km away.
Border crossing to the Czech Republic at Olbernhau–Grünthal, 11 km away.



On-site fees: A prepayment of 100 euros will be charged to you after booking. Your booking becomes final upon timely payment. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check-out should be completed by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us to arrange this. We will leave your house key in a key safe at the holiday home. You will find the access codes in your booking documents, which will be provided to you (depending on how you booked) either directly by us or through your booking portal. A baby cot is available free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €25 per house. The visitor’s tax for the town of Olbernhau (information available at https://www.olbernhau.de/gaestekarte) ) will be charged to you in advance along with your booking.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Winterurlaub in Pfaffroda.

Schönes FH voll ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Schöne Umgebung mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vermieter nett und unaufdringlich. Preis ist i.O. Sehr empfehlenswert.
