Enjoy the peaceful location, beautiful mountain views, and a south-facing balcony where you can soak up the sun – the perfect place to unwind.



The apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. Relax in the evenings on your private balcony.



You’ll find cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course nearby. The studio is a 20-minute drive from Lake Chiemsee, 45 minutes from Salzburg, 50 minutes from Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Munich.



A parking space is available on the property. There is storage for motorcycles, bicycles, and ski equipment. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer can be used on request. The apartment follows recycling policies and features energy- and water-saving facilities. Electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic systems. Self check-in is available.
