Accommodating up to three people, the holiday rental offers the ideal setting for shared moments, unforgettable memories, and pure relaxation.

The bright, modern living room radiates warmth and invites you to linger—whether on the comfortable sleeper sofa (140x200), while playing games together at the large dining table, or while enjoying a quiet evening with a good book.

The open-concept kitchen combines the joy of cooking with togetherness: Here you can cook while listening to the laughter of your loved ones.

On the balcony overlooking the greenery, every day begins with a delightful breakfast in the morning sun and ends with a glass of wine as the sun slowly sets. Thanks to the awning and umbrella, you’ll always find a shady spot to enjoy the fresh North Sea air undisturbed.

In the bedroom, restful nights await you in a solid double bed (180x200 single mattresses), surrounded by warm wood tones that radiate tranquility and comfort. A large closet and blackout options ensure comfort and privacy.

The natural-light-filled bathroom, decorated in soft earth tones, awakens the senses and lets you start your day feeling relaxed. Practical details such as a coat rack and full-length mirror in the hallway round out the amenities—all designed to make you feel right at home.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary extra and is neither part of the package nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, per holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as laundry packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.”, and many other services:
