It is located in close proximity to the Friedrichshain woods and is only a 7-minute walk from the beach access with the Tapasbar Puro Sylt. Supermarket, bakery, bike rental, and bus stop are only a 3-minute walk away; the centers of Westerland and Wenningstedt are also quickly reached, either by bike or through a pleasant walk behind the dunes. For the little ones, there is a large adventure playground just 200 meters away.
Your temporary Sylt home awaits you with plenty of stylish space. Your living atmosphere feels airy, light, and is bathed in natural light through numerous windows. When the Sylt sun is shining, enjoy your own garden with a large lawn and a sheltered south terrace. The ground floor with a guest toilet, wardrobe, a high-quality and modern living and dining area with an open kitchen and access to the south/west garden with beautiful garden furniture. Relax on the spacious corner sofa. Fast WLAN is, of course, available throughout the house free of charge.
Dine and communicate with your family or friends at the inviting dining area. Enjoy relaxed cooking in the fully equipped brand kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, and fridge/freezer combination. Choose between a drip coffee machine or the popular Nespresso machine with a milk frother for your coffee.
Upstairs: Unwind from the lively day in the master bedroom, where the box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), flat-screen TV, and handmade built-in wardrobes create a cozy atmosphere. The second bedroom offers you a comfortable box spring bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m), also with a flat-screen TV and carpentry fittings for your wardrobe. The cozy sofa for relaxation can be easily converted into a sofa bed. Look forward to the bathroom with a large shower with Raindance showerhead, heated towel rail, toilet, and handmade washbasin.
The spacious attic offers you a carpenter-made double bed with two comfortable mattresses (0.90m x 2.00m). Here, too, built-in wardrobes are at your disposal, as well as a beautiful bathroom with a Raindance shower.
The fourth bedroom is located in the basement. It offers plenty of space and is comfortably furnished. With a large box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. Enjoy relaxed hours in your private sauna, which accommodates four people. The bathroom with a spacious Raindance shower, heated towel rail, toilet, and large washbasin is adjacent. A washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities are also available for you.
