Strandschlösschen House II WE 6: 3-room apartment with terrace close to the beach

This friendly, beachfront 3-room apartment (approx. 53 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the living area is high-quality vinyl with a wood-grain finish; the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the hallway, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The inviting and cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a chest of drawers; and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 4.5 m² covered terrace (facing east) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

The separate kitchen area includes a compact kitchen with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a wardrobe (in the living room).

The separate and additional 2nd bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet.

The bright bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat rack in the spacious entryway of the apartment.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your holiday apartment (approx. 400 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 6) belonging to your apartment, right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks behind the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the patio for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. You’ll find countless other restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
