Villa Schaumburg, built in the traditional seaside resort architectural style, is located in a quiet, central area close to the beach in the West district of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. It’s just 150 metres to the fine-sand beach and the promenade.

Each apartment comes with a parking space. You can also securely store any bicycles you bring with you in the bike storage room. You can use the coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the building’s basement.

Welcome to Apartment No. 8 in Villa Schaumburg! This comfortably furnished 2-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. With 33 square metres of living space, it’s the perfect place for two people to enjoy a relaxing holiday. A third person may be accommodated upon request. You’ll find a bright, open-concept living and dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a loggia facing northeast. The living area features Mediterranean-style tile flooring, while the bedroom is carpeted.

The bright, inviting living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area in just a few simple steps. Curtains are hung on the windows in the living area to provide privacy or to block out light.

The adjacent dining area offers space for shared meals. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 2-burner hob, a microwave at a comfortable standing height, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished loggia, which faces northeast. Here, you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun and wind down in the evening after a wonderful day at the beach.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet with a full-length mirror offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. Curtains are installed on the windows in the bedroom to provide privacy.

The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a hair dryer completes the furnishings of this holiday rental.
