Stylish vacation home over three floors with sauna

The apartment is located in an old half-timbered house that has been completely renovated to a high standard and is now modern, featuring thoughtful details and stylish furnishings. It’s equipped with everything you need to feel right at home from the very first moment: in the summer, cool adobe walls create a pleasant atmosphere, and in the winter, the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth. The spacious apartment spans three floors and is well-suited for a few more people: on the ground floor, the large, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. The open-concept dining area offers plenty of space for everyone. An old oak plank floor leads up to the upper floor, which features a cosy living room that’s perfect for those days when the weather isn’t so great. This floor also features a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and sauna—a true oasis of well-being and a favourite highlight among our guests! The new attic offers space for two additional guest rooms (one double and one triple) and a bathroom with a two-person tub. Relax at home or at the various spas in the area. The holiday home is situated in a quiet, small alleyway in the heart of the old town. Everything else you might need is just a few minutes’ walk away: bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets... Bischofsheim is the perfect starting point for hikes to explore the Rhön! Check-in from 3:00 PM to midnight, check-out by 10:00 AM. Key pickup: Flexible check-in and check-out via the key box. Pet policy: Pets allowed upon request. Tourist tax: 1 EUR/person/night. Sauna can be booked on-site: 25 EUR/day. A security deposit of 100 EUR is required, to be transferred 7 days before arrival. The security deposit is due for refund 7 days after the end of the rental period and upon proper handover of the apartment, including all keys. All double beds can also be used as single beds. Please specify this when booking! A 50% advance payment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival (payment must be received by then). Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
