Cosy 100 m² holiday home located on the edge of the forest with a private garden in the Sögel holiday home community, just about 800 m from the 42 ha park-like grounds of Clemenswerth Castle. Hiking and biking trails right on your doorstep! Ideal for exploring the Emsland region and the Hümmling Nature Park.

The “Waldblick” holiday home is the perfect place for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. With its quiet location by the forest, cosy furnishings, and numerous amenities, it offers the ideal atmosphere for relaxation.

The holiday home is fully equipped with an open kitchen, a spacious living room, and three bedrooms, providing plenty of space for up to five people. The terrace, complete with sunshades, is perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Active guests can explore the surrounding area on the three bicycles provided—a special highlight of the stay.

The Waldblick holiday home is also a holiday paradise for families with children. A cot and a high chair are available, and the garden, as well as the playground just about 100 m away, offer plenty of space to play.

Your dog is also very welcome at the Waldblick holiday home. Your dog will find plenty of space to run around in the garden and in the surrounding woods and meadows.
Other pets are not permitted in our house.

The centre of Sögel is only about 1,500 m away. Here you’ll find plenty of shopping options, restaurants, and cafés.

As guests in the Sögel holiday home area, you can enjoy a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):
- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” gym (approx. 1,600 m from the holiday home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the holiday home area): free weight area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / Day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 metres from the holiday home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a dressing gown
- Indoor and outdoor tennis facilities at TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. V. / approx. 1,600 m from the holiday home area / Fee per outdoor court per hour: 6.00 EUR / Indoor courts: price upon request

The Sögel holiday home area will be expanded at the end of 2026. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Quiet hours in the Sögel holiday home area will be observed even during construction!
