Terraced house "L Angelus", built in 1950, renovated in 2024. 3.5 km from the centre of Toulon, 13 km from the centre of Sanary sur Mer, 20 km from the centre of Hyeres, 6 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden. Hot tub. 100 m long steep, narrow motor access (ramp). Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Toulon" 3.2 km, ferry "Toulon" 4.5 km, sandy beach "Le Mourillon" 6 km. Nearby attractions: telepherique Mont Faron 1.5 km, Parc animalier du Mont Faron 8.5 km, Hyeres, Iles des Embiez, Porquerolles, Musee national de la Marine, Presqu'île de Giens. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
"Maison D'artiste", 4-room terraced house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: large living room with dining table, library and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. 2 showers, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Air-conditioning. Large terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Country House in the City. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Prachtige plek!

We hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht vanuit de tuin en het terras. M. is een attente eigenaresse en goed telefonisch bereikbaar. Ze helpt ook graag met mooie plekken of wat je dan ook weten wil of graag wil zien. Alles wat schoon moet zijn was schoon en we hebben lekker geslapen en genoten van de jucuzzi.

Mooie woning met een prachtig uitzicht

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. De woning biedt alles wat je nodig hebt en ligt mooi gelegen en geeft een fantastisch uitzicht op Toulon en zee! De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en staat klaar om mee te denken als het nodig is. In de omgeving is veel te zien en te doen: Monaco, St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Toulon, Mont faron etc.
