Charming villa in the heart of the residential district of Mar Vivo, quiet and close to all amenities (food, doctors, restaurants, ...)

A small path to the house provides direct access to the sea (100m) and a sandy beach. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach

This house of 90 m2 is on one level, located south and was completely renovated in 2013.

It includes a large living room extended by a beautiful open and fully equipped kitchen. A small hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom.
The living room and two bedrooms overlook a large bright conservatory which includes a small living room and dining-room. All fully air conditioned.

Outside, there is a fenced and shaded garden tables, chairs and barbecue are provided for relaxation.
A garage can house the car.

The house is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. You can do everything on foot.
The region is rich in cultural and leisure activities of all kinds.
