Schöne Wohnung aber sehr schlechte Kommunikation

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und eignet sich gut für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist halbwegs gut ausgestattet. Allerdings war sowohl der Check in als auch der Check Out nicht genauer besprochen oder beschrieben. Der Check In erfolgte dann letztendlich sehr umständlich über ein Kamerasystem. Wirklich störend war, dass wir während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts zweimal nicht in unsere FeWo kamen, weil das Tor zugesperrt war und wir es nicht aufschließen konnten, da ein abgebrochener Schlüssel darin steckte. Komisch, dass sich darum nicht gekümmert wurde, da es anscheinend schon länger so war und der Vermieterin auch bekannt war. Wir haben dann jeweils längere Zeit vor der Tür warten müssen..
