This modern Apartment No. 12 is located on the 2nd floor of the Meeresgruß building on Wicheldorfstraße. Grömitz Beach, with its spa promenade and pier, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The pedestrian zone and the spa park are also within easy reach.

You can access the apartment either through the main entrance or from the underground car park via the stairwell or the lift.

In the entryway of the holiday rental, there is a built-in closet and a coat rack.
From there, you can access the shower room, which features a toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer.
The living area features a large dining table with 4 chairs and a cosy leather couch for relaxing evenings.
For entertainment, the apartment is equipped with a TV, a PlayStation 4 with two controllers, a Blu-ray player, and a hi-fi system.

Cooking on holiday? Let’s get started—the kitchen is well-equipped, even featuring a dishwasher, and is located across from the dining area. It’s set in an alcove and has an open layout, equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, and a radio.

The separate bedroom adjoins the living area and features two single beds (90x200 cm), a large closet with a safe, another TV, and a desk with a chair.
The windows have interior blinds, blackout curtains, and effective insect screens.
The large, furnished, covered balcony—facing west towards the spa gardens—invites you to relax and offers a peaceful escape from everyday life.

Do you have a car with you? A parking space in the underground garage (space no. 12) is included with the holiday rental.
The accommodation is ideally located for beach lovers.
Right outside the front door, you’ll find many shops perfect for strolling and several restaurants.
