Sehr ruhige Lage in der Natur mit direktem Seeanschluss. + Haus steht sehr ruhig in der Natur. Kleines Motorboot (Autobatterie) vorhanden. Schöne, grosszügige Räumlichkeiten. Abgefülltes Gebrauchswasser und gutes Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure vorhanden. - Es hat kein fliessendes Wasser, war für uns aber nicht so wichtig.
