Fina Båthus is a truly special vacation destination for anyone who loves nature and wants to experience Sweden at its most unspoiled. In a completely secluded setting in the Figeholm archipelago on Småland’s east coast, you’ll find a location that is rare even in Sweden. Surrounded by crystal-clear water, small islands, and unspoiled nature, you’ll enjoy peace, freedom, and an unparalleled view of the Baltic Sea.

The sea begins right at your doorstep. Here, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning while gazing out at the water, go fishing right from the property, or jump straight into the crystal-clear sea on warm summer days. Its spectacular location makes Fina Båthus a true hidden gem for nature lovers, anglers, and anyone looking to escape the daily grind.

The vacation home can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the large living room that can accommodate two more people.

The heart of the house is the spacious living area with its large windows and fantastic view of the water. Here, a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and a genuine Swedish vacation home feel. The built-in kitchenette offers everything needed to prepare simple meals.

If you’re looking for an authentic Swedish experience, you’ll love the Fina Båthus. Currently, the house does not have running water. Water jugs will be provided for the 2026 season. A camping shower and a modern composting toilet are also available. The house is ideal for guests who appreciate nature and the simple life by the sea and want to enjoy one of the most spectacular locations in southern Sweden.

A special highlight is the sauna right on the water. After a relaxing sauna session, you can cool off with a dip in the Baltic Sea and experience the unique feeling of freedom and nature.

Two kayaks are available free of charge for exploring the impressive archipelago. The calm waters around Figeholm are among the most beautiful paddling areas in Sweden and invite you to take unforgettable trips among small islands and sheltered bays.

Anglers will also find plenty to enjoy here. You can fish right from the terrace, and the fish-rich waters of the Baltic Sea offer the best conditions for a successful day of fishing.

A charcoal grill is available for cozy summer evenings. As the sun sets over the archipelago, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the unique atmosphere of this special place.

Please note that children must be at least six years old and able to swim. Due to its location right on the water, the house is not suitable for toddlers.

Fina Båthus is a smoke-free house, and dogs are not allowed.

The vacation home can only be booked from May through September. You must bring your own bed linens and towels. Electricity is billed based on usage. The security deposit is 250 euros.

Further upgrades to the amenities are already planned for the 2027 season. By then, a water connection and a boat with an electric motor will be available.
