Step inside and immediately feel the warm, inviting atmosphere of our Stranddistel holiday rental. With 70 m² of living space, it offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday—for couples, families, or friends who want to enjoy time together by the sea.

As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a bright, welcoming entryway with space for coats and shoes, and a large mirror that invites you to take one last look at your holiday outfit.

The open-concept living room is the heart of the apartment: a light-filled sunroom with a large window front creates a bright, welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax. Lean back in the cosy sofa nook, enjoy the cosy warmth of the fireplace, or let your gaze wander over the green outdoor grounds.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering a pleasure. Right next to it, the spacious dining area is perfect for shared meals, game nights, or lively conversations. The sunroom thus becomes the perfect retreat for quiet moments with a good book—while other guests enjoy the sun on the terrace.

The bedroom, featuring a comfortable wooden double bed (180x200 cm, separate mattresses) and a spacious closet, offers plenty of room for restful nights. The second bedroom, with two single beds, is ideal for children or friends, ensuring that everyone has their own cosy space.

After a long walk on the beach, the bathroom is the perfect place to pamper yourself: whether it’s an invigorating shower in the walk-in shower or a soothing bath in the tub—here, both body and mind can completely unwind.

The terrace, surrounded by greenery, is perfect for sunny breakfasts, relaxing afternoons, or cosy barbecue evenings. A private parking space and a baby cot are also available so you can enjoy your holiday without a care in the world.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee. Please note that you must bring your own firewood if needed; it is not included in the reservation.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your reservation, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as laundry packages, “check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services:
