Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Kommunikation vorab mit Herrn Nickel verlief problemlos. Unsere Unterkunft war die Ferienwohnung EG Am Holzlachgraben 16. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider gab es mehrerer Dinge, die einfach heutzutage nicht passieren sollten. 1) Bei Ankunft war niemand da. Kein Schlüssel. Keine Info wie man reinkommt. Wir haben sehr lange versucht irgend jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen. 2) Der Hausflur stank extrem und war sehr verschmutzt. 3) Die Ferienwohnung war nicht Grund gereinigt. Schmutzige Betten, Handtücher. Wir mussten die Wohnung 2h verlassen um erst einmal eine Reinigung zu bekommen. Was sehr belastend für uns war da wir eine weite Anreise hatten und wir nicht mehr die Jüngsten sind. 4) Einige Dinge waren stark beschädigt. Bei einer Tür fehlte der Türgriff. Badewanne hat kein Wasseranschluss. Wasserhahn in der Küche wird auch nicht mehr lange halten. 5) Das Klappfenster im großen Bad geht nicht zu öffnen. Sehr unangenehm wenn das Bad genutzt wird. Keine Lüftung möglich. Schimmelgefahr. 6) Fernseher geht nicht. Kein Kabelanschluss. Die Enkelkinder waren sehr traurig und konnten ihren Sandmann nicht schauen und wir keine Nachrichten. 7) Keine Infos für den Internetzugang vorhanden. Mussten nochmals anrufen um Zugang zu bekommen. Kein Gästebuch oder irgend eine freundliche Begrüßung. 8) Küchenausstattung ist sehr mangelhaft. Nicht genügend Kaffeelöffel, kaum Gläser, keine Eierbecher, keine Salzstreuer, keine Weingläser, einfach zu wenig um ein paar schöne Tage als Selbstverpfleger zu verbringen.
