This cosy and comfortable one-room holiday apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven in the hallway. The refrigerator and microwave are located next to the dining area.
You’ll sleep in a 160-cm-wide box-spring bed with a topper or on the leather sleeper sofa, which can be extended to 150 cm.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and sink.
Although the apartment is on the 2nd floor, the terrace offers direct access to the garden with a playground, as the building is situated on a hillside.

The building features a heated swimming pool. You can take the lift to the pool in your own dressing gown and also use the fitness room there, which is equipped with various fitness machines and a table tennis table. Table tennis paddles and balls are provided in the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with high-quality dishes and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It also includes a collection of wooden board games.
The large flat-screen TV can be swiveled, so you can treat yourself to a cosy break in bed on rainy days.
