Your accommodation is located on a quiet private street (dead end) surrounded by gardens, right on the city limits next to the nature reserve in Sprockhövel.

Our cosy and newly renovated apartment comfortably accommodates 2 people, but can also sleep 1–2 additional guests. It is located on the 1st floor (47 m²). A balcony is also available for your use. The building is detached and is for your exclusive use.
Parking is available on our property in front of the house. Here, you also have the option to charge your electric vehicle using a wallbox for a fee.
The apartment features a spacious living-dining area with access to the 10 m² balcony, which is furnished with chairs and a table when the weather permits. An awning is also provided for sun protection. The living area includes a sleeper sofa that sleeps two people on a 160x200 sleeping surface. A TV (satellite TV), Wi-Fi, and a cosy reading nook are also available. A small selection of books and board games awaits you.
The dining area features a table with 4 chairs, and from there you have a beautiful view of the natural surroundings.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals (glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, dishes, silverware, microwave, etc.).
A basic supply of essential food items (water, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar, spaghetti, rice, etc.) is provided.

The separate bedroom features a 180x200 box-spring bed and a TV. A travel cot can be provided upon request.
Bathroom with shower and toilet. The ground floor features an utility room with a washing machine; on the upper floor, there is a small hallway with a coat rack.
