This Condo has been escape from the weather in January and February. Major renovation 2014 including new ceramic flooring, new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. Great place to relax and unwind. zero Damage from IAN. We recently purchased a home nearby and have this available all season now for the first time!
Watch the Island wake up each morning from front balcony, walk right across Estero to the beach (shoes optional) then relax all day at the best part of Fort Myers beach. Rent a jet ski, Kayak or try para sailing! All of this is literally right across the street!
Not a beach bum?...spend the day with other snow birds at our beautiful and friendly condo pool on site. The Pool is ready and we expect the grounds to be restored by this fall
Finish the day with a majestic Florida sunset at the beach. BBQ grills by pool to use any or every day for lunch or dinner or walk across the street for Sunset.
Want the night life of time square?? Less than a mile walk, or hop on the trolley right in front of the condo!
Open floor plan, ceramic tile floors, leather couch loveseat and club chairs. Flat screen TV with FM Stereo DVD/CD player and surround sound.
Large Bedroom has Queen bed and full sleeper sofa with Flat screen TV for lazy mornings or to watch programs no one else likes! A nice sized closet and dresser is also provided.
Second Bedroom has Queen bed, ample closet space and nice dresser...Palm trees outside both bedroom windows.
Antenna TV provided. Rate is based on 2 persons with occasional visitors. No pets No smoking. Seasonal rental preferred at least 3 months

Michigan residents who spend January Feb & March at the beach in Fort Myers Beach. We camped next door at the Red Coconut for 8 years prior to purchasing our Condo. We recently purchased a house 3 blocks away and are renting this out while waiting to sell to help offset monthly condo fees and taxes.
This was always home in January and February, Fort Myers beach is dog friendly (although our condo is not) every morning we walk the beach right across the street. This place is a dream come true for us and we are making it available to responsible adults to enjoy as well.

Best part of Fort Myers Beach. Deeded access right across the street. Our beach is a quiet and friendly part of FMB. No high rises, no rowdy students great for families or retirees.
Trolley stop right in front of condo enables you to be here without a car if you so choose. You can even take a bus from the airport, transfer to the trolley for only $1 each! otherwise a cab is only $45

Eastern exposure allows you to get the morning sun and a view of the Gulf Beaches every morning while enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony or at the bistro table next to the window in the living room. Walk the beach and pick up shells and sand dollars on the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world.
Had to leave your dog at home? You are in luck, dozens of 'surrogate dogs' being walked on the beach by responsible owners who always clean up after their dogs. This is truly the friendliest beach around! Dolphins swimming in the shallows almost every morning, the best sunsets each evening as islanders gather to watch the ending of another perfect day.
Our pool is a friendly place to meet the neighbors or just read a good book. Remember, the temperature is almost always 10 degrees warmer than Tampa at FMB but island breezes keep it comfortable.
