Welcome to our charming holiday rental, which offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our accommodation is accessible at ground level and sleeps up to four people, making it ideal for families or groups.

• Two separate bedrooms for your privacy and comfort
• A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals
• An inviting sun terrace with barbecue facilities, perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors
Prices and Included Services:

• The price is 80 € per day for two people with a minimum stay of 2 nights
• We charge 10 € per day for each additional person
• We charge €5 per day for pets
• Final cleaning: €60
• In Dahlem, a lodging tax has been levied on privately arranged overnight stays since January 1, 2016.
→ 1.00 per night per guest
→ For children and teenagers up to age 14, a reduced tax of 0.50 per night per guest applies
• Bed linens and towels are included in the price
