Die Fewo befindet sich auf dem Glockenberg, unweit der Therme. Sie ist frisch renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche befinden sich ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Die Wohnanlage war im Sommer kaum belegt, so dass es sehr ruhig war. Wir haben uns zu zweit dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings kann die Schräge im Wohnzimmer sehr große Menschen beeinträchtigen, weil man sich dort schnell mal den Kopf stößt. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Bäcker, wo man morgens Brot und Brötchen kaufen kann. Ansonsten muss man zum Einkauf aber runter ins Dorf, wo es einen Nahkauf und mehrere Metzger sowie Restaurants gibt. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung loswandern. Es gibt mehrere Wanderwege, die direkt auf dem Glockenberg an der Therme oder auf der gegenüberliegenden Schützenklippe starten. Zum Baden kann man das Waldschwimmbad, fußläufig erreichbar, allerdings sehr kalt, empfehlen. Dort gibt es sogar einen kleinen Imbiss. Oder man fährt mit dem Auto zum Oderteich, den man auch zu Fuß umrunden kann.
