Welcome to the Savoy 407! Lovely 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 4th floor beachfront condominium located in one Naples' most prestigious communities, Park Shore. Amenities include two tennis courts above the parking garage, a biking and jogging path, fitting center, billiards room, social room, grilling area, roof top sundeck, heated pool, spa and of course, our beautiful sugar sand beach! Walk the boardwalk located in front of the building for approximately 3.5 miles, while enjoying the fabulous Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach at your feet! Gated entry and on-site security 24/7.
Wonderful restaurants and shopping are located across the street at the Venetian Village. The Savoy requires a 1 month minimum booking, so partial months are not allowed.

Everything was excellent: the building, the condo, the building staff, the pool, the exercise facility, the location.

Great location

The building is older so there is a lot of renovation of units going on so can be noisy at times. Parking garage was being renovated so parking was at a premium. Did not bother us but could for others. Great location for shopping, restaurants, and beach. Owner was great and responsive.

Savoy was a joy

The Savoy is located right on the gulf and is also across the street from shopping and restaurants at the Venetian Village. The property is everything that we expected and more: large pool with plenty of chaise lounges (even with Covid spacing), a great walking path (no cars, bikes or dogs) and then the beach with fine white sand. There is also a bocce court and shuffleboard court, if you are inclined. There is a phenomenal sun deck, on the 18th floor, great for sunsets. There was a large patio on the 2nd floor, with 4 large gas grilles and plenty of tables and chairs and a bar area, with refrigerator and sink. There are also two gas grilles at the pool area with a covered patio. There were tennis courts that looked new. The unit was spacious and well equipped (new appliances, plenty of cooking materials, 6 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas and toys for the kids) with a nice view. There was a large lanai, screened in. The second bedroom is a guest suite with its own lanai. One feature of the Savoy is the lovely atrium, much like the lobby of an upscale hotel or cruise ship. A player piano played musical tunes every afternoon. We loved the area and the rental and will be back next year!
