This unit is in the premier location of the Regatta complex. The 400 Flagship Dr tower has an unobstructed view of Vanderbilt Bay and the Gulf of Mexico from the screened in lanai. This luxury unit is located on the 6th floor in unit 605 directly across from the elevator for easy access for the physically challenged. Fully equipped kitchen with luxury appliances, eating bar, sofit lighting and ceramic floor. Open view from kitchen, dining room and living room to triple glass sliding door to lanai. Master bedroom access to lanai as well. Master suite has huge walk in closet and oversized bathroom with double sinks, sunken garden tub, private water closet and linens. Second master suit with attached full bath and walk in closet is ideal for in-laws, baby sitters, or other adult couple. Third bedroom features twin beds and is located next to full bath in hallway.

Exterior amenities include designated covered parking, adult specific plunge pool, complete fitness center, stainless gas grills, outdoor bar, plunge pool, zero edge pool with waterfall grotto and hot tub, plush gardens and landscaping surround the pool and are visible throughout the grounds. Guard gated entry 24/7 plus security code entrance to the building.

Exceptional Stay

Kurt’s condo is fantastic and was the ideal home away from home for our family this Christmas. It is very generously sized, extremely clean and so well located to anything and everything we wanted to do. The grounds and facilities (gym, pools, etc) were amazing also. We would highly recommend it and hope to book another stay here soon!

Vacation Getaway

Apartment was spacious and clean. Easy access right off the elevator on the sixth floor. You can watch the sunset from the lanai. The complex is in a great location, close to beach and restaurants. Kurt, the landlord, was very helpful with any concerns and offering places of interests and restaurants. I would vacation there again.

Memorable Getaway in Naples

Absolutely fantastic stay at this Naples condo! The host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The pool was a hit with the whole family, providing endless hours of fun and relaxation. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc.). The location was perfect, close to amenities and attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for families looking for a memorable getaway in Naples!

Kurt is an exemplary host and went out of his way to accommodate our needs & requests. This unit is in a terrific location and was very well appointed with everything needed for the beach (chairs, towels, etc.) and for preparing a few meals in. The complex’s pools were great and easily accessible - one was a walk across the parking lot and the other was just behind our building, with restrooms available at each location. We used the fitness facilities which were more than adequate. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk and you pass the Ritz hotel along the way which offers a gingerbread house display over the holidays with lots of photo opportunities. Publix is a quick drive or 20 minute walk and Trader Joe’s/Whole Foods are just minutes beyond there by car. Bikes can be rented close-by and jet skis and other water activities can be accessed at the beach. We had fantastic meals at Nemo’s, MoJo’s and Estia’s. Wonderful accommodations and we won’t hesitate to stay here again if we ever return to Naples.

Good family vacation with little ones

This Regatta VRBO vacation provided us with a family-friendly 3 bed-3bath condo, with nice views of Naples waterways and of the Gulf. It was well-equipped - kitchen appliances, beach carts, beach towels and chairs, and even sand toys. We found nearby Vanderbilt beach very crowded, but enjoyed the family pool with waterfall. It also had zero-entry, making it easy for our 2 year old to swim. The owner was enthusiastic and eager to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. We did!

Relaxing week

The Regatta is an upscale conveniently located complex on Vanderbilt Beach Road. We have stayed in both the lower and higher rise buildings. This unit is in the higher rise and has views of the canal and the gulf. We enjoyed the quiet pool area and the screened in balcony. Easy walk to beaches and to several restaurants. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Prime location, just off Vanderbilt beach and close to tons of restaurants and shop. Booking/check in and out was easy as could be and any questions I had were answered within a few moments by text message. The pools and grill area was amazing and we even had a great sunset view from the balcony in the unit! The unit was also stocked with all the beach necessities you could need for a large family!
