Fully equipped kitchen with luxury appliances, eating bar, sofit lighting and ceramic floor. Open view from kitchen, dining room and living room to triple glass sliding door to lanai. Master bedroom access to lanai as well. Master suite has huge walk in closet and oversized bathroom with double sinks, sunken garden tub, private water closet and linens. Second master suit with attached full bath and walk in closet is ideal for in-laws, baby sitters, or other adult couple. Third bedroom features twin beds and is located next to full bath in hallway.
