Welcome to unit 302—your perfect home-away-from-home. This top-floor, 3-bedroom, 2 ½-bath condo is designed for relaxation, featuring beautiful coastal decor, comfortable furnishings, and a front-row seat to the ocean from your private balcony. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach, that salty air and ocean view are exactly what the doctor ordered.

• Living & Dining: The spacious living area features a 50" flat-screen TV, a pull-out sofa, and double French doors leading to the balcony. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 3 at the granite bar.

• Fully Appointed Kitchen: Equipped with all modern appliances and beautiful granite countertops for all your cooking needs.

• Rest & Relax:

• Master Suite: King bed, 32" flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. The ensuite bath features a separate Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

• Bedroom 3: Twin beds, perfect for the kids.

• Convenience: We feature bamboo and tile flooring throughout, plus a dedicated laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

We are perfectly positioned just 100 yards from the beach, within easy walking distance to Tybee’s Historic Pier, local restaurants, and signature shops. Plus, you’re only a 20-minute drive from the charm of Historic Savannah, River Street, and City Market.

Family visit for 7 days

Great space! 3 bedrooms within 2 minutes of walking distance to the beach! Awesome view from the balcony! Pool and hot tub courtyard area is great for the kids! Closes at 9pm, which keeps the area quiet at night. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance too!

We had a wonderful stay on Tybee Island. The property was lovely, it was close to shops and restaurants, and a quick drive to Savannah. Highly recommend.

Awesome Place

Loved Staying here. 1 block from the beach and 1 block from shops and restaurants. We had a fantastic time here. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to unwind and enjoy the beach. Also just a short ride into to the beautiful city of Savannah.

Family Vacay from KY

Family vacation with our 3 young adult sons. Place was very clean, bigger than it looks in pictures, and right across the street from the beach. Walkable to several bars, restaurants, & gift shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach, stores, restaurants. This was our first time on Tybee Island but this location was perfect for us. Highly recommended! Owner very responsive and quick in addressing issues questions we had.

We would stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Great location and good communication with the owner. Secure covered parking and an elevator to your door are a bonus. Near the beach, shopping and dining.

Easy walk to the beach. Loved that we were not in the middle of the busy area but a block away. We needed some cleaning done and help with the tv but the owner was responsive.

All you need in one place

Beautiful and well-kept condo that was supplied to perfection. The patio was nice for viewing the ocean and relaxing. I would definitely come back here and would recommend to others!

The owners were very responsive. It was so nice having the elevator that opens up to your front door. With kids at the beach, the less stairs you have to deal with the better, and this was perfect.

Nice place, big balcony. Walk to beach The problems are that no one advised us that the elevator does not work, and that you have no control of the a/c. The temp is set and doesn't change even when you think you turned it down.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location! It's walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars & shopping. Everything was clean & well kept. The only thing that was a disappointment was not having a luggage cart to carry all our stuff up to the 3rd floor.

What a beautiful and spacious location at Tybee Island!

If you like less crowded beaches and a great getaway on Tybee Island, this condo is the perfect place! Tons of room, loved all of the amenities at the property and it is only a few steps away from the entrance to the beach and the pier! In addition, we took the time to make the short trip to downtown Savannah including a trolley tour (highly recommended). Would definitely love to come back soon!!!!

Disappointed

Location is great. But floors were dirty, air conditioner was not working correctly. Main bathroom toilet did not flush correctly. Not enough towels and wash rags to accommodate.

What a great Condo!

I would stay here over and over, the Condo was wonderful it did not disappoint at all, everything was in good working order and everything you need is there. It is steps away from the main Pier and shops. I give the Condo and it's owner a perfect 5. If you ever get the chance to book this Condo, do it you will not be disappointed.

Brass Rail is a nice place

I have stayed at several Brass Rail condos before and they offer clean facilities and a good location. However, no public grill :( This condo was nice, spacious, and offered a little view of the water. The only issues were a very slow draining tub in the separate full bath, and the kitchen tools and cooking dishes were sparse. A grill would be a nice option as well.

I couldn’t expect any batter. Only minor details. Back door wouldn’t stay closed. Same for the shower door. Couldn’t expect any better.

Great Place to Stay

The condo is very spacious. There was shampoo, lotions, dish washer detergent, washing detergent, and some other complementary items that made our stay more convenience. The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work well, and didn't work at all the first few days of out stay. That's the only complaint we had. Other than that, out stay was great. We will definitely be coming again.

Beach vacation

Great location- with in walking distance of all the shops/ restaurants and beach/pier. Plenty of space- we stayed here with 5 adults and 1 child. It was neat and tidy and we had no complaints. If you enter the garage on Butler you have to go through that garage and make a left to go into the garage for the unit. We figured that out after 10 minutes of driving bc the entrance on 15th street was closed. We really did enjoy staying here and would definatly stay again! Thanks Mai for everything.
