The atmosphere of this home is relaxed, with a touch of elegance, set amid the dunes and the beach pines, within walking distance to the beach or the Peninsula Golf Course. To access the beach, please use the public path located at the West end of The Breakers parking lot.
At 1700 square feet, Pelican Landing is both one of the largest 3-bedroom units on the peninsula and one of the only units that boasts not one, but TWO master suites. The ground floor master suite features an elegant four-poster queen bed, propane fireplace, TV, private deck, and large attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second-floor master has a beautiful queen bed with French styled rich cherry frame, large, attached bathroom and connected walk-in closet. The main level has the kitchen, living room, third powder room, laundry, and garage. The living room couch conveniently includes a hide-a-bed. The third bedroom includes twin trundle beds and is located upstairs adjacent to the second master suite and loft. Also located in the loft is a convertible futon chair. Besides 2 golf courses, there’s great shopping and a variety of restaurants close by in the downtown core, plus lots of things for the kids to do – arcades, carnival rides, miniature golf and more. The Bolstad beach approach is a hub of activity year-round, but especially during the summer months, with the International Kite Festival in August and fireworks on Independence Day and New Year’s Eve. Long Beach and Seaview feature a variety of eateries from casual family restaurants to upscale restaurants and cafes. After dinner you can walk the boardwalk to enjoy one of our colorful sunsets too.
There’s even more to explore on the Long Beach Peninsula – all 26 plus miles of it. The Port of Ilwaco and Cape Disappointment are only a short drive away, as well as Waikiki Beach and the North Head lighthouse. There are some great art galleries at the Port of Ilwaco, and during the summer months there’s Saturday Market too, with a variety of local arts and crafts, foods, flowers and plants for sale. Ilwaco also has its own fireworks in July and the Blues and Seafood Festival in August. The Port also features some fine restaurants with local seafood offerings created by our great chefs. Or take a charter trip for salmon, halibut, tuna or sturgeon.
On the north end of the Peninsula is Ocean Park, with bookstores, restaurants and gift stores. Visit Jack’s Country Store to see this historic yet current meeting place. In Nahcotta you can buy fresh oysters or pastries and enjoy the wonderful views of Willapa Bay. Or try the course at the Surfside Golf Course north of Ocean Park. On the extreme north end of the Peninsula, the place to see is Leadbetter Point State Park -- it’s a wonderful place for hiking to the beach or to the bay. Make sure you stop in historic Oysterville to see the wonderful old church there too.

Wonderful place! Very peaceful neighborhood with easy paths walk g over the dunes to the beach. Very near the Discovery Trail. Really enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful home that is a short walk to the beach. Check in was easy and looked just like the photos. Everything worked great and the location can’t be beat.
The house was in a good spot for us and our participation in the activities related to Rod Run. Parking worked well after discussion with renters. The toilets in the two bathrooms downstairs ran a lot and need to be adjusted for the future, please. The kitchen/dining/living area was great. The downstairs bedroom was fantastic.
Nice location, fully equipped house. Clean. Somewhat awkward layout- upstairs bathroom accessed through one of two upstairs bedrooms, outside deck accessed through master bedroom. Overall a good place, everything in good condition (third bathroom toilet needs tinkering)). We would stay here again.
Nice, clean, comfortable home just a short drive from restaurants, stores and entertainment. There is a path for a short walk to the beach less than 100 feet from the front door.
Easy in and out. Very comfortable accommodations. Sleeping 8 would be a bit of a stretch, but for 5 adult men sharing the place it was OK. We’ll probably look to stay there again next year.
This was a cozy, clean duplex home. We enjoyed the quiet setting and the relatively short walk to the beach. We found all appliances in good working order. Would stay here again.
House is everything you would want in a beach house rental. Close to the beach with an easy walking path to a less crowded section of beach. Close driving distance to downtown and places like Cape Disappointment.

The kitchen was very well stocked. We invited a cousin and his wife to join us for supper and everything was very easy!
Two main bedrooms are roomy and have big bathrooms. The location is easy and next to a walking path to the beach. We especially loved biking the Discovery trail which can be accessed a couple of blocks away and the paved trail goes completely off road all the way to Cape Disappointment and the lighthouses. One thing we missed was an outdoor patio - space to bbq.
We were not able to stay at this property due to clam digging season being cancelled. The property management company was very helpful and I would go through them when booking my next stay.
My sister and I are planning to relocate to the area in the near future and wanted a comfortable place to use as our home base while exploring the coastlines of WA and OR. This property was absolutely perfect and provided us with every possible comfort. Extremely clean, beautifully appointed, and a pleasure to return to after our long days of driving. A+++.

Great weekend at the beach
Took the cruiser bikes on the costal trail. Grabbed take out from the Malai Thai (pad see ew, was great) and the local Chinese restaurant. Caught the sunrise from the costal trail both days. Go carting with the kids was a highlight and the summer activities in town leave lots to do on the next trip.

Much needed getaway wonderful that we arranged to check in early. Very quiet. Very comfortable. There is no view or partial view of ocean that was in description but nice walk to beach. Kitchen small but we managed. I will work with this company again when we come to stay. Our friends loved it too!
Would like to see more throw blankets in living room found extra one in closet in hallway that we used.
