The 'Beim Alenbrunnen' holiday apartment is nestled among meadows and forests, away from roads and neighbors, on a hill above the small town of Münsingen in the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve. The 0.53-hectare property features a fenced garden, a brick barbecue, and rustic seating for up to 8 people.
The fenced dog garden is regularly mown. Surrounding meadows are only mown after the wildflowers have bloomed, supporting active nature conservation. A covered smoking area is available, as smoking indoors is not permitted.
Parking is available directly at the house. All common shops, doctors, hospital, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools are nearby.
The apartment (approx. 120 sqm) offers 3 single and 2 double bedrooms. The living room features a corner sofa, an extendable dining table for 10, TV, stereo, games and crafts shelf for all ages, bookshelf for avid readers, piano and violin for music lovers. Rooms are rustic and cozy with antique beds and wardrobes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, soda maker, fridge with freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, sandwich toaster, popcorn maker, raclette, fondue, table grill, and all you need for cooking, dining, and celebrating.
The spacious bathroom area has 2 toilets, a shower, and a washbasin in the anteroom.
Dog blankets and bowls are provided. Both large and small dogs are warmly welcome.
