Country House 'Magdalena - Son Gaya' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

This comfortable finca with spacious rooms for 10 people near Felanitx has an idyllic garden with a large swimming pool and children's pool.



First floor:

On the first floor is the traditional Mallorcan kitchen, which has a large gas stove. Next to it is a spacious dining room and a large living room with a wood-burning stove. The living area opens out onto the beautiful garden. There is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a shower room and a guest WC. The interior design of the finca focuses primarily on natural wood. Almost the entire interior is made of natural wood and makes the finca appear very cozy.



Second floor:

There are four bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), two others are each furnished with two single beds (105 cm x 200 cm). The third room has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm). The four rooms have an en suite bathroom. An external staircase leads to the pool area via the beautiful roof terrace. The entire building has central heating so that the house can also be rented in winter and from 2023 there will be air conditioning in all bedrooms.



Outdoor area:

On the 5000 sqm grounds there is a beautiful, well-equipped summer kitchen with barbecue, ideal for an extended breakfast or barbecue by the pool with terrace. There are various fruit trees in the garden, depending on the season you can pick the fresh fruit and enjoy the shade under the trees. The house is secured by an alarm system, which can be activated on request.



Pool:

12 m x 6 m. Depth: 120 cm - 210 cm. Stair access. Children's pool: depth 60 cm, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, cleaning with chlorine. On request, a pool guard can be installed in the summer kitchen area to protect children (see photos).
