This charming 63 m² apartment, spread over two levels, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it’s ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday.

On the lower level of the holiday rental, you’ll find a cosy bedroom with a pull-out bunk bed (2x90 cm x 200 cm) and a closet. Here you’ll find the perfect retreat to recharge after an eventful day.

The bathroom on the lower level is equipped with a bathtub, a hair dryer, shelves, and a mirror with a direct light source, inviting you to enjoy moments of relaxation.

The large dining area features a round dining table with seating, as well as a stereo system and a high chair in the lower section.
And the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, gives you the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills. Prepare wonderful meals and enjoy them at the dining table or on the adjoining balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh sea breeze.

A staircase leads to the cosy living room/bedroom. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a TV. Here you’ll find the large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), where you can hear the sound of the sea with the window open.
From the sofa, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea.

The beach is just a few steps away via the private beach access. You can’t get any closer than this!

There is a parking space directly on the property, but it is not reserved specifically for you.
This is a non-smoking apartment.

Miramar Apartment Complex right on the beach: The well-maintained Miramar holiday complex in Niendorf offers apartments for 2–4 people with a terrace or balcony, ranging in size from 36 to 45 m², located on a quiet private street with direct beach access.

Facing the Baltic Sea, you’ll find the large outdoor pool, which is open from May 15 to September 15.
There is also a small changing room here with a spin dryer for your swimwear.
From the pool and the terrace, you can enjoy the wonderful view across Lübeck Bay.

In the basement, you can play a game of table tennis.

There is an outdoor parking area for your bicycles. There’s also a bike rental shop just a 5-minute walk away.
Of course, a parking space is also available for your car.

You can get fresh bread rolls within a 3–5-minute walk, as well as other shopping options and the town centre.
The small but lovely seawater swimming pool is also located right next to the apartment complex.

The idyllic harbour of Niendorf is just 1,600 metres away, where you can buy freshly caught fish for your meals.

A beautiful hike towards Travemünde along the Brodten cliffs—which are still virtually untouched—is well worth it in any season, offering sweeping views of Lübeck Bay.
From April through August, sand martins nest in the cliffs.
