This beautiful "Seeadler" holiday rental features tasteful decor; its idyllic location and balcony make it the perfect place to relax. A regional bakery is just a few minutes’ walk away. A short walk further takes you to the town’s promenade, where you’ll enjoy a superb view of Lübeck Bay. In addition to boat tours departing from Niendorf Harbour, there are plenty of attractions to explore in the neighbouring towns. Sierksdorf is home to Hansa-Park, the only amusement park located directly on the sea. In Timmendorfer Strand, the Sea-Life Centre invites you to explore its underwater world—not just when the weather is bad—and to round out a relaxing holiday, the Ostsee-Therme in Scharbeutz offers, in addition to several indoor and outdoor pools, saltwater pools, a sauna area, and a direct view of the Baltic Sea beach—the perfect complement to your stay

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für 7 Nächte gebucht, sind aber bereits 2 Tage früher abgereist. Die Lage in Strandnähe ist gut, leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben.An heißen Tagen ließ sich die Wohnung kaum kühlen. Im Wohnzimmer fehlen Rollläden, nur das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen. Da Schlaf- und Flurtür nicht richtig schlossen, mussten sie wegen unserer zweijährigen Tochter meist offen bleiben. Mit geschlossener Tür stieg die Temperatur auf über 30 C, bei geöffnetem Fenster war der Straßenlärm (Autos, Lkw, Hupen) deutlich hörbar.Die Sauberkeit bei Anreise war enttäuschend: Der Staubsauger war verstopft und verschmutzt, der Teppich voller langer Haare. Wir mussten den Staubsauger zunächst reinigen und anschließend selbst saugen. Außerdem lagen Spülmaschinentabs bereit, obwohl keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Der Geruch in der Wohnung war anfangs muffig, der Boden knarzt bei fast jedem Schritt. Die Dusche ist für größere Personen (1,93 m) wegen der Dachschräge nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.Schade war auch die Kommunikation zur Waschmaschine. Der Gastgeber sagte uns die Nutzung zunächst zu und nannte sogar eine Uhrzeit. Am nächsten Tag lehnte seine Frau dies jedoch ab und verwies uns auf einen Waschsalon. Natürlich besteht kein Anspruch darauf, dennoch hinterlassen widersprüchliche Aussagen keinen guten Eindruck.Mit mehr Sauberkeit, besserem Hitzeschutz und einer einheitlichen Kommunikation wäre mehr Potenzial gegeben.
