The house at Alpenkorpsstraße 27 is located at the foot of the Karwendel Mountains, near the Karwendelbahn, in a quiet setting. The town centre is about a 15-minute walk away.

The newly renovated holiday apartment spans two floors and offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, bright living area with a modern, fully equipped open kitchen.

A large dining table and a cosy seating area with a smart TV round out the living area.
The beautiful, bright, and well-maintained bathroom, flooded with natural light, features a shower, sink, and toilet.

On the second floor, accessed via the narrow spiral staircase that gives the apartment its name, you’ll find the large, open sleeping area, which extends loft-style across the entire top floor. Here, too, you’ll find seating as well as a wardrobe.

Of course, the small, separate children’s room is also a must. It’s furnished with a cosy single box-spring bed. In addition, there is another small bedroom available, furnished with a double box-spring bed that fits harmoniously into the sloped ceiling.

There is a balcony on both floors.

Located very close to the Karwendelbahn, this beautiful family apartment offers a first-class starting point for many hikes or a trip to Germany’s second-highest mountain station.
