The attractive 3½-room apartment “Appartamento Valentina” is located on the ground floor
of a well-maintained two-family house in a quiet and sunny location with a view, slightly
above the lake. In total, the tastefully furnished apartment has a
living area of approximately 80 m² and a spacious private outdoor area consisting
of an approximately 20 m² veranda, a private garden of approximately 200 m², and a balcony of approximately 7 m². From both the interior and all outdoor areas, you can enjoy an enchanting view of the lake and the mountains across from it. The public beach and the
boat dock are about 1.5 km away, so you can reach many destinations
by passenger ferry as well. For your daily
shopping needs, there is a
supermarket in the Gonte district, about 600 m away, a bar, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a restaurant, and a
pizzeria with a beautiful view of the lake. For the hiking enthusiasts among you, there are plenty of opportunities here to explore Oggebbio and the surrounding area on beautiful trails through seemingly endless chestnut and beech forests. Along the way
you’ll be surprised time and again by breathtaking viewpoints
with ever-changing vistas of the exceptionally beautiful landscape
