MODERN VACATION APARTMENT WITH AN EYE FOR DETAIL
Located on the ground floor of a simple apartment building, Casa Acqua Marine is like a small, hidden gem. It was completely renovated and refurnished throughout 2024. On the same floor is another apartment, which the owner uses exclusively for holiday purposes. The other apartments (spanning a total of 3 floors) are also usually occupied only during the holiday season (summer).

Great attention to detail went into furnishing the approximately 50 square metres of living space. As a result, you’ll immediately feel at home at Casa Acqua Marine. The living area and bedroom are air-conditioned, and the windows are state-of-the-art, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay in any season.

Since the second bedroom is quite narrow and equipped with a bunk bed, we recommend accommodating 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children.

SEA-VIEW BALCONY AND SMALL GARDEN
The small balcony at Casa Acqua Marine is the perfect spot for special moments. In the shade of the thatched roof, guests can enjoy sunrises and sunsets in the most beautiful colours.

Directly below the balcony lies a garden of approximately 60 square metres, home to olive and fig trees and available exclusively to guests of Casa Acqua Marine.

The terraced property is also completely fenced in. A private parking space is available. Those who enjoy walking and don’t mind hills can also plan their holiday at Casa Acqua Marine without a car.

TO CALANCA BEACH
During the summer months, guests of the apartment are provided with a long-term parking permit in the harbour area, very close to the beaches (Calanca, San Domenico, and Lentiscelle). Those who wish to drive to the town centre, the harbour, or the beach therefore do not have to spend a long time searching for a parking spot or pay additional parking fees.

Groceries can be purchased at the supermarkets located at the entrance to Marina di Camerota, which are quick and easy to reach from the holiday apartment.

Restaurants are also located at the entrance to the town, as well as in the alleys of the old Marina and along the harbour. The harbour is often a popular promenade with numerous vendor stalls and is partially closed to traffic from June through September. Thanks to the many bars and ice cream shops, there’s always something to do here—for all ages.

Casa Acqua Marine is a little gem on the ground floor of a simple multi-family house. In 2024, it underwent a thorough renovation and was completely refurnished. The other apartment on the same floor is used by its owner solely as a holiday home, and the other apartments in the three-story building are also primarily occupied only during the holiday season (summer).

You’ll immediately feel at home in this cosy holiday apartment. The furnishings of the approximately 50 m² of living space show that great attention has been paid to detail. Air conditioning in the open-concept kitchen and dining area, as well as in the double bedroom, and state-of-the-art windows ensure a pleasant stay at any time of the year.
Since the second bedroom is very narrow and furnished with a bunk bed, we recommend that the apartment be occupied by 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children.

The apartment also features: Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a sofa bed, fly screens, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, a shower with a massage system, and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Casa Acqua Marine’s small balcony is a wonderful spot out in the open —for relaxing in the shade of the thatched roof during the day, and for enjoying the most beautiful colours of the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.

The approximately 60 m² garden area stretching out directly below the balcony is home to olive and fig trees and is exclusively available to guests staying at Casa Acqua Marine.

The terraced property is completely fenced. A parking space is available. While holidaying at Casa Acqua Marine, you could get by without a car—provided you enjoy walking and are fit enough for uphill stretches.

OFF TO CALANCA BEACH
During the summer months, guests staying at the apartment are provided with a permanent parking permit for the car park in the harbour area (not far from the beaches: Calanca, San Domenico, and Lentiscelle). This means you won’t have any trouble finding a parking spot and won’t have to pay parking fees if you want to drive to the town centre, the harbour, or the beach.

Supermarkets where you can do your shopping—and which are easily reached by car—are located at the entrance to Marina di Camerota.

Restaurants can be found at the entrance to town as well as in the alleys of Marina’s historic district and along the harbour. The harbour often serves as a promenade lined with numerous stalls; from June through September, it is partially closed to traffic. There are quite a few bars and ice cream shops. You’ll find there’s always something happening, something on offer—for people of all ages.
