The SIELZEIT house features a large, modern, light-filled holiday apartment in a Scandinavian style that can accommodate up to eight guests—or, by arrangement, up to 12 guests for families. All rooms offer unobstructed views of the canal, the Seriemer Mill, and the surrounding fields.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area spanning over 60 square metres, featuring a kitchen, a small study, and a guest bathroom with a shower. From the ground floor, you can access the spacious garden with two large terraces.

On the ground floor, you’ll find four separate bedrooms with two bathrooms. Each room features a double box-spring bed. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the natural surroundings. Two rooms have access to the balcony, while the others feature a French balcony.

The holiday home is complemented by a cosy loft accessible from the master bedroom. It features a king-size bed as well as play areas for children.

Completed in late 2015, this architect-designed home is built in a modern Nordic style. Lovers of minimalist design elements who still want a cosy living environment will find this home to their liking. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offer an unobstructed view of the vast East Frisian landscape and the bodies of water surrounding the property. The ever-changing skyline and the consistently fresh, occasionally strong coastal breeze can be fully experienced in this location on the outskirts of town.

The holiday home features Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and small stereo systems. The garage contains a washing machine and dryer that tenants are welcome to use.

The house is located in a traffic-calmed zone with numerous single-family homes, many children, and two playgrounds. A parking space is available for holiday guests on the property. A promenade leads directly from the property to the Neuharlingersiel harbour and the beach of the North Sea resort. From the Spiekeroog ferry terminal, a 10-minute walk away, you can enjoy wonderful day trips to the East Frisian island.

The ground floor is not barrier-free according to legal standards, but it can be accessed without thresholds or steps. All doors and the floor-level shower have an opening approximately 80 cm wide, which is accessible to wheelchair users. There is a sofa bed in the study.
