In a peaceful rural setting just 7 km from Lake Constance, you will find a well-maintained 2-room holiday apartment in Stockach-Wahlwies. Surrounded by apple orchards, the property is perfect for relaxing walks and tranquil holidays away from the crowds.



The apartment features a dining room, a combined living/sleeping area, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a bathroom with natural light, bathtub, and shower. The east-facing terrace is ideal for sunny breakfasts and relaxing evenings in the shade. Towels (1 set per person) and bed linen are included. Please bring your own beach towels for the lake. There is no towel or linen change during your stay.



This accommodation is ideal for two adults seeking peace and nature. The living/sleeping area offers a comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a small sofa with satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer compartment. Free Wi-Fi is available.



Bicycles can be parked outside in the bike rack. This is a non-smoking apartment—smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. The apartment is on the ground floor with a private entrance. The train station is about a three-minute walk away, offering excellent connections for exploring the region. Parking is available nearby. A bakery is around five minutes away on foot. Pets are not permitted.
