Enjoy a peaceful getaway in this well-kept 2-room apartment in Stockach-Wahlwies, just 7 km from Lake Constance. Surrounded by apple orchards, the location is perfect for relaxing walks and tranquil holidays away from the crowds.



The apartment features a dining room, a combined living/sleeping area, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a bathroom with natural light, bathtub, and shower. The east-facing terrace is ideal for sunny breakfasts and relaxing in the shade in the evening. Towels (1 set per person) and bed linen are included. Please bring your own towels for the lake. There is no towel or linen change during your stay.



The apartment is ideal for up to two adults seeking peace and nature. The living/sleeping room has a comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a small sofa with satellite TV. The kitchen includes a filter coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer compartment. Free Wi-Fi is available.



Bicycles can be stored outside in the bike rack. This is a 100% non-smoking apartment, including the entire property. The apartment is on the ground floor with a private entrance. The train station is about a three-minute walk away, offering excellent connections for exploring the region. Parking is nearby. A bakery is about five minutes away on foot. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in times: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3 pm; Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 pm.



Seasonal minimum stay: Depending on the period, a minimum of 4 or more nights is required.
