This holiday rental is located on the ground and first floors in a quiet residential area of Westerland and is very close to the beach.

Kitchen/Living/Dining Area: The well-equipped, country-style kitchen is separated from the living area by a spacious dining area that seats up to 6 people. The cosy upholstered furniture in the living area invites you to relax. From the living area, you have access to the west-facing terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an electric grill, as well as to the beautiful, large, fully fenced-in garden. To the south is another terrace with two beach chairs and lounge chairs.

Bedroom 1: Bright double bedroom with built-in closets and a TV.

Bathroom: Modern shower room with a window.

A staircase with good access leads to the upper floor.

Bedroom 2: Cosy double bed, built-in closets, TV, and sink with mirror.

Special Features: The garden house features a sauna for your private use, as well as an additional relaxation room with a shower and toilet. In front of the house, there is a spacious, sheltered roof overhang with concrete-set bike racks for parking bicycles. In the same building is our beautiful “Sonnentraum” apartment on the 2nd floor (67/2), which accommodates up to 2 people. If interested, both holiday rentals can be booked together to accommodate up to 6 people.

Location: You’ll be staying in a popular residential area of Westerland. Westerland’s city centre area, with its restaurants and shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach, with its lovely promenade, is also within walking distance.
